Inspire Rehabilitation & Health Center

I am trying to get my sister into a nursing home for long term care. I spoke with Jasmine Butler on Tuesday & then again, today. She is so helpful & compassionate. She takes her time explaining things. I am 65 years old & many of my generation know that good customer service is a thing of the past. Her company is fortunate to have her. She gives you the sense that your family member will be well taken care of in their facility. Thank you, Jasmine!

Staff is very nice and has good personality!!!!! It always smells good and clean in there…. Sometimes you have a problem getting through to other floors but overall I have nothing bad to say….

Every person I spoke to was extremely helpful and supportive; directing me exactly where to go. Everything was also very clean and smelt really nice. They also took great precautions making sure everyone signed in and out as well took temperature and made it clear that mask were mandatory

So far the experience has been exceptional. The staff so thoughtful and kind. They have taken really good care of our mother.

When my brother first arrived at inspired and that's Joseph Wade I had my thoughts that maybe this might not go well but I must say my brother has been there for 5 years since he had his stroke and I wouldn't have him at any other place but inspired because you people take great care of my brother he can't do anything for himself so who relies on the staff at inspired to take care of him and I'm so grateful that you all that inspired do the job my brother keeps a smiling his face and I have a smile every time I see him thank you God bless
