Funny how the majority of the responses is about poor customer service. I experienced an extreme LPN today. She was very mean very condescending and pretty much looks like she rules the entire place. I did not like how I was spoken to and I made it know to the covering Dr. The nurse is the person who is pretty much the face of this community and how this woman has a job is amazing to me. I recently visited Inspira Health Urgent Care in Sewell, New Jersey, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While I appreciate the medical staff's efforts, the front office experience was beyond poor and nauseating. The wait time was excessive, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. There was a lack of communication about wait times and procedures, which added to the level of unprofessionalism and lack of self respect. It is very difficult to witness these poor attitude toward customers. It seems to be the overall approach in these urgent care facilities . I believe that a positive experience should start at the front desk, but sadly, this was not the case during my visit. I’m not normally one to write reviews but I had to write one about the doctor I saw over the past weekend because he was wonderful. DO, Charles Springman. He was so informative, patient and listened to my concerns and needs. I usually don’t like urgent cares because I feel like the doctors there do not listen or want to prescribe anything, but he was wonderful and I was able to get back to work because of him. Extremely Disappointing- Refused Care for a Sick Child I recently visited Inspira Urgent Care in Washington Township, NJ, with my seven-year-old daughter, who was suffering from vomiting, a high fever of 102 degrees, and severe ear pain. We’ve been here before and paid cash without issue, so I expected a similar straightforward process. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete letdown and left me feeling frustrated and heartbroken. When I presented her Medicaid card, they informed me they don’t accept it—which I understood. I immediately offered to pay cash out-of-pocket, as I’ve done in the past, the nurse upfront tried to figure it through for me but another came from around the corner and was extremely rude. Was there today around 10:30 am with my mom. She fell off her bike and had a bad skin scrape on the back of her calf. The LPN (reddish hair w glasses) was AMAZING!!! What a doll!! She was so kind, patient and sweet!!! Loved her!!! Mom had a great experience.
