Just came in this morning to be treated for my double ear infection and I just love Dr. Richmond and wish he could be my primary care doctor. Knowledgeable, intelligent, so kind and caring. Tia and the other gentleman at the front desk are kind, helpful and wonderful at their jobs. Thank you to all the wonderful staff here but especially Dr. Richmond who is a rare find of an amazing doctor and human all in one.

I had the pleasure of seeing Lisa D Cossaboon APN today for my complicated ear infection. She was a pleasure to deal with. She was kind, caring, considerate and most importantly LISTENED to what I had to say. She treated me like a person. I felt heard. She had compassion and I truly felt cared about. She understood I was in pain and my ear had already been treated and the treatment failed. She didn’t treat me like a number but like a human being. She knew all patients weren’t the same and treated me with kindness. Thank you so much! I really appreciate you! Thank you Inspira for hiring this compassionate and quality provider!

I came in here for a case of bursitis on my right elbow, and I got very good treatment where they were able to do x-rays, drain some of the fluid and give me the information I needed to go forward. I'm visiting from out of state so having an urgent care facility close to where I'm staying is certainly a blessing This is a very nice and clean place, so for anyone living in the Sewell, Mantua, Wenonah area in need urgent care I highly recommend this facility. Props to the physician who treated me, Dr. Richmond, to my Radiology tech Nicole and my nurse, Kadijha and even the receptionist Tia, who was very friendly and helpful.
