The worst experience I have ever had do not go here ever unless you want an entire day wasted. 1:30 appt and sat in the waiting room from 1:15pm to 3:30. After getting a drug screening which was quick I sat in a medical room for an additional hour before getting my 5 minute DOT physical exam. After which the Dr left and had me sit there for another 30 minutes because they couldint come back and tell me that I was all good to leave. 1:15pm to 5pm unbelievable.

Got injured at work and this is where I had to go. First off it was a 35 minute ride to sit there for 4 hrs..the staff was rude and unprofessional….not to even see a doctor…the nurse didn’t even touch me she interrogated me. I was in such pain and still am (hurt shoulder). Got X-ray —the X-ray tech was beyond nice…too bad she works there. I got “well I don’t see anything in X-ray”. I’m like well i didnt say I broke anything….and she isn’t even a radiologist reader…..I left there so mad and left there the same way I walked in….in pain and no direction. Only advice I got was to lean over my dresser and swing my arm like a pendulum….not even advice on maybe Motrin Tylenol nothing ….now I gotta go back next week again …place is a joke

Terrible, rude and unprofessional. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Apparently the PA can determine whether or not an injury has worsened without ever actually looking at it. Then the PA claims during the investigation that they referred me to an Orthopedic Doctor and ordered an MRI, but leaves out that those things were only done after I called people and I insisted. Never again Oh nice response. I already tried calling you and having this investigated and basically you all just blew me off with a fluffy letter. It is NOT OKAY to treat people poorly.

Disgusting service, refuse to tell you how long you'll be there for, then have an attitude when you ask. I've been waiting here for hours and they've taken nearly everyone else, even people who came after me, some for the exact same thing I'm here for. I wanted to go to my primary doctor but was forced to come here. Definitely don't feel safe.

In and out quick for an inexpensive sports physical. Great Job Guys!!!
