I was at the ER on 2/3/2026 this hospital 🏥 is horrible they bought my husband in by ambulance came in and the security was like how can I help you have me a pass sent me to check in the lady stood there for a few minutes they never looked up to make eye contact until I asked about my husband then said fill out the form handed to her I then said again I am here to see my husband they made me wait 1 hour before I could go back to see him. Abbie the nurse was AMAZING AMAZING she needs to go to a hospital that actually appreciates her. In the ER NOTHING BUT A WAITING GAME TO RUN UP YOUR INSURANCE. My brother John and Lisa are back at the ER. The Dr's and Nurses act like they are on vacation. Taking their good old time while people suffer. Vineland Emergency Room is one of the worst! If you don't have 6 to 8 or more hours to waste I wouldn't go there. I could say more but I won't.

I want to say all the staff isn't bad. Some upper heads seem to not give you the answers you need or don't want to say.When your admitted to this hospital make sure you know if what you need can be done at this hospital. I had a family member transferred here twice with kidney stones one being 11mm they did keep him comfortable but kept promising a procedure was going to be done everyday that never got done even prepared him for surgery just to tell him they had another emergency after 3days there.There reviews and website doesn't state or have anything from anyone ever getting kidney stones procedure's done.Be aware

Took my daughter to the emergency room because we thought she might have acute lead poisoning. Instead of giving her a blood test, which would actually check her blood for lead levels, the doctors gave her an x-ray. Five hours later, we are leaving, still not knowing if she has high blood lead levels.

Absolutely terrible. I called 911 and was rushed to this hospital. I did not appreciate the doctors nonchalant, almost "joking" attitude while I laid in my hospital bed with slurred speech, pressure on the left side of neck, not able to respond as I normally would. All while he continuously tries to imply that I was a drug user or had been on drugs, when none of my bloodwork, which they conducted, showed any signs of drug use. He then says that it may be an infection or virus but he doesn't know. Only for them to discharge me and tell me to go to my primary physician, when they could have just did more for me while I was in the hospital.
