Inspira Medical Center Elmer

Came in for a severe UTI, dehydrated and in pain. There was not one person in the waiting room and yet I sat for 5 hours without one staff attending to me. After 5 hrs, I was brought back to a room and sat for another 2 with only an EKG attached. No IV for dehydration or even a nurse. I walked out. Staff was rude and cold. Inspira needs to get it together.

We came here today for my son’s oral surgery with Dr. Brown, everything went very smooth! Everyone was very helpful, from Kelly who checked us in to Nurses Tammy and Mary, who made sure my son was very comfortable. They were Amazing with children, which I highly recommend. Dr. Brown was also great, the procedure was very quick. Thank you for everything that you do!!

Quick in and out for my 5 month old with croup at 2am. We were home by 4:30 AM with medicine and a steroid. The staff was amazing !!!

Went to Elmer er to detox from alcohol the staff was so in tune professional and just really great People !!!! All while dealing with other major issues the doctor who served with the US military was so professiona and kind nurses and everyone made it sucha very pleasant experience Thank you so much John P loew

Brought my daughter in severely dehydrated couldn't keep anything down. Lauren was our nurse and she was hands down the best staff member in the hospital! We absolutely love her! Caring, compassionate, told us everything she was doing step by step, she definitely went above and beyond. Lauren is an asset to this hospital!
