Very good doctor and staff. Very friendly, kind and easy to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. I felt comfortable and at ease here. They explained my questions/concerns. Been wearing glasses since I was 13, now 52, so that's a very long time and this is one of the best eye care places I have ever been to.

Today my autistic son was very nervous to get his eyes examined. We took him to Insight Vision as I was a previous customer (my insurance has now changed) and just love it there. Not only was the entire staff extremely nice and helpful, Miranda went above and beyond to make my son feel safe and at ease during his whole appointment. And the Doctor was just as amazing! I will never take my son anywhere else ever again… thank you to the staff! Today was a good and helpful experience!

I love this place. The workers are very nice and Helpful. Very pleased. I've always had a lot of respect for all the workers As well as helping me with my glalsses. I do appreciate it. I love Dr Andrew Congdon is very nice .He know what he is doing. One of the best Optometrist I have ever been too.

I came in with my 13 year old today so that both of us could have exams. We were not able to get appointments at the same time, but they went out of their way to fit us in together anyway. They got us in right on time, were so friendly and accommodating and took the time to answer all of our many questions. I was impressed first by how welcoming everyone was, but also that they were completely up front about pricing (you don't have to ask, it's posted and also shared verbally). Second, they really go out of their way to accommodate everyone in a cheerful and friendly manner; they are genuinely happy to provide a high level of care. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure you get glasses that you love and make sure they fit correctly. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and highly recommend them.
