I love insight therapeutic massage. I had heather the owner who was amazing! She made my first visit to the office the best I have had anywhere! Very good quality care! She explains everything in a very professional way. She Informs you everything she is doing and explains it all in a way you can understand. Everyone in her office was very professional and kind hearted. I felt very welcome and well cared for during my visit. I will definitely be going back again! I recommend anyone looking for yoga classes or a massage to go see heather!

I cannot recommend Insight Therapeutic enough! One of the absolutely most relaxing experiences I have ever had. Heather greets you with kind open arms and makes you feel completely at ease. The rooms are tastefully decorated and dimly lit, adding to the relaxation factor. Various soothing scents tickle your senses as soft music balances out the ambience. Prepared to be pampered as Heather does an amazing job working on your trouble spots (in my case lower back pain), as well as working all your arms, legs, neck and head for a complete stress relieving experience. In addition, she's wonderful to talk with while you're getting worked on. I'm a repeat client that literally drives from CT just to have her work on my back. She's THAT good!
