Insight Pharmacy

From the first call, the male pharmacist was short and rude with me. Every time I ask a question he would huff and give me an answer. When I asked him a specific question on a phone call I made after being on the medication for 2 months he was rude and blamed me for the problem. They shorted me out a week's worth of pills on one hormone. Never gave a call back when they were supposed to give me a call back because I was having a problem. Then they had Lynn get on the phone and talk to me and she was nice but she did not solve my problem. I would never use this company again.

Lynn spent 45 minutes consulting with me on my needs when I felt I wasnt getting answers from my provider. She has a gift and I am so thankful for her guidance in my crazy hormone journey.

Just received a call from Lynn checking on me. So extremely happy with the thoroughness from Lynn and the rest of them. They talk through to make sure I understand the medications. I appreciate them going out of their way.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Insight Pharmacy. The pharmacists are so helpful and educational. They really listen and then take the time to make sure you are comfortable with your course of treatment. The staff are also incredibly helpful. When I called, I was greeted with a genuine interest in hearing what I needed and finding a way to get me in touch with the right person. I live in Volusia County but Insight ships me everything I need. It's like having a coach in your corner to help navigate through the medical labyrinth.
