You need to hire a new front desk people . . She was very rude I had to leave. I think she has an anxiety disorder. I thought I was serving to her instead of she was helping me. You lost a patient I will never be back. If front desk person doing this rudeness you do not go in and see their doctors either. I did go some other place they were wonderful! I am sorry I can not give you any star. Bad experience.

What a nice experience. Very caring staff and provider. The facility is clean and comfortable. I made an appointment and was seen earlier than my designated time. I live 3 minutes away and I now have great comfort knowing I can get that kind of care when I need it. Thank you

We went to Inova Urgent Care on Sunday night and the staff was great! Super nice; caring and thorough. Shanika Ma, the intake coordinator was particularly warm and helpful. James, the P.A. who saw us was really on top of his game and gave us great advice/medical follow up.

I went to Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care on Sunday morning at 8:30 am for UTI problem. I called around 8am, got an appointment. Everybody was friendly, helpful and professional. The antibiotic they prescribed solved my problem. After that they sent e-mails to follow up and informed me about the test results. It feels good to in good hands. I highly recommend.

PA Hector was so kind, patient, and reassuring. The MA was lovely as well, just can’t remember his name. Wait time was super short, too. Thank you, guys!
