Exceptional Service at Inova Urgent Care. My family and I had an excellent experience at Inova Urgent Care. The entire staff was extremely helpful, polite, and professional especially dr. Minhas, Lauren, Ayesha, and Natasha. From the moment we walked in, they treated us with kindness and respect. They listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and provided outstanding care. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication. Inova Urgent Care is by far one of the best service providers. highly recommended!

definitely reserve a spot because sometimes there’s a long wait. you’ll receive priority care. very very sweet doctors and staff at the front. made me feel comfortable and validated my illness although i tested negative. went the extra mile to test the bacteria cultures to fully make sure i was not sick. overall an amazing place and super cute

Do you ever leave a medical facility wondering how the staff there got their degrees? That's how I felt leaving this place. NP was stumped by my symptoms. Ordered an x-ray only once I suggested it. X-ray was normal. She had no idea what to do. Said I "probably needed a CT scan" (I didn't) and then said something that scared me to death: "I can't release you as long as you feel this bad." I bolted for the exit. What did she mean? She was going to try to MAKE me go to the ER? Seeing a doctor nowadays feels downright dangerous.

Our walk in appointment worked as a breeze. Doctor Osmaan was amazing and the staff in general too. The Doctor nailed the diagnosis almost immediately and I believe it was not an easy one. Prescribed the right medication and problem fixed in a matter of a few days. It is a plus that if you attend INOVA physicians, they can access your medical history and that helps the diagnosis as well. Very accurate finding the problem and thorough explanation. Osmaan took his time to walk me through all details. This Urgent Care is much better than any of the others in the area, specially for the quality and skills of the professionals. Thanks!

We've had several great experiences here. The differentiating urgent care aspect is being able to reserve your "urgent care" arrival time which they have been very good about prioritizing and treating like an appointment. We also like that our records are integrated with other Inova physicians and records and we can retrieve what we need from Inova mychart. The staff is competent, friendly and the facilities nice. Highly recommend!
