We had an emergency visit with my toddler daughter on Saturday morning, and our experience at Inova Urgent Care was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were checked in incredibly quickly, which made a stressful situation so much easier as a parent. The staff was warm, patient, and wonderfully accommodating to children - offering toys, stickers, and lollipops that immediately helped put both of my kids at ease. Those small gestures made a big difference during a scary moment. A special thank you to Dr. Reynolds, who was absolutely outstanding. She immediately recognized the diagnosis, clearly explained the treatment, and handled everything with remarkable professionalism, confidence, and kindness. Staff attended to everyone that walked in promptly and very politely. It was the Saturday after Christmas yet they were able to accommodate me walking in under 45 mins. They printed out my care plan and detailed directions on what to do. I was so sick that I easily forgot a few things. My medications were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately. I went directly to my pharmacy and picked up my medicine right away. I was able to start treatment in under 1.5 hours.

Worst INOVA Urgent Care. Would give it zero stars if I could. Every time we have been here we wait for HOURS! The front desk staff are rude and uninterested and most of the Drs we have seen are abrupt, and just going through the motions. However, the nurses have been wonderful and very caring. My advice: Go to ANY other Urgent Care and don’t bother with this one.

We've been here several times already for all members of the family and not once have we seen the same provider more than once?! I don't know how that's possible but for what it's worth they've all been excellent -- comprehensive, thorough, friendly. Maybe only one exception who was lukewarm working with a little kiddo and seemed flat-footed. Really the only misses we've had were a couple of nurses doing intake that were rude/impatient/and in one instance prepped a room thinking I (the adult) was the patient instead of a toddler... There were a couple times it's taken 30+ mins from being in a room to being seen but overall we've never had to wait more than 10 mins at the front and we've almost always been very last-minute walk-ins. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. I arrived right at 8 AM and had already completed the online check-in, yet I wasn’t actually checked in until 8:30. After that, I was taken back to a room and sat there for over 45 minutes before the provider finally came in. About five minutes before the doctor walked in, a nurse came in to say there was an emergency. When I expressed my frustration about the long wait, she replied, “It’s not my fault,” which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Urgent care visits typically take around 45 minutes, but I spent over an hour just waiting to even be checked in, and then even longer waiting in the room. The delays and lack of courtesy made this a very disappointing experience.
