Innovative Renal Care Hammond Dialysis Center

Started out nice but as time went on the care went completely downhill. Eventually canceled the evening shift because no one wanted to work evenings (although they took jobs in healthcare which speaks volumes). At this place it's about the money, not the patients. Also, later down the line, I found out that a medicine that I was allergic to which was causing my hemoglobin to drop, was due to them knowing I was allergic to the medicine and still giving it to me. When my hemoglobin did drop, the nurses were telling me to go see doctors and take all these tests, like they didn't know what was going on. I'm glad I got away from there and pray that I never need to return.

Great Team of individuals who really show that they care with all of their patients Great staff good attitudes and very professional.

The techs and nurses are great but they allow this one dialysis patient to play music on his phone where everyone can hear it. It is really annoying and he should use some ear phones
