The environment is very comfortable and inclusive. They have down to earth staff that are very friendly and understanding to your unique situation. Previous PT places I’ve been to were very clinical and seemed cold but here they always have a good sense of humor going. At this PT clinic I am evaluated and get one on one treatment each visit. I’ve noticed sometimes other clinics will go light on their treatment but here they make sure you get results. The boss clearly went over my payment options and how my insurance works/ what my deductible cost would be so there were no surprise bills. It was nice to be able to trust that there would be no manipulation and unnecessary treatments done while I was there. Predatory Billing Practices!!! I can not stress enough how much I would not recommend this office. I saw them a many times back in OCT 2022, and never received any bills or communication after treatment was over. Typically that leads patients to believe insurance covered it and there is no bill correct? Well fast forward to Oct 2025 THREE YEARS LATER they call me claiming that they “had problems with their book keeping” and I magically owe them $275. Of course I then asked for an itemized bill etc because I have never received any sort of bill or correspondence from and don’t feel like it is justified to call me expecting for me to pay some random amount three years later with no proof of service or what was billed. Loved my experience here! Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable about their job. It's a warm environment as you work on getting your body back to where it belongs. The owner, Farah, ensures that you have the time slots you all for and is willing to work with anyone on insurance and deductible. Misha at the front always has a smile to greet you upon check in. The rest of the staff, Nick and Tia are very helpful in making sure that you know what exercises/ stretches are appropriate for you specifically and then assist in making sure you are able to do them correctly in the most comfortable way as possible. I am a veteran here in Wichita with a 13 year old child, and we both enjoyed our experience here. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is a scam. I called them prior my appointment to have them checked with my insurance if they will cover it. I never heard back from them until my appointment date. They told me to get my service done first while they were contacting my insurance. I told them I would like to wait and see how much my insurance will pay they said I will have to pay anyway since I already booked my appointment. So I did and ended up I have to pay in full since my insurance will not cover my bill. The physician also not professional. The physician just google all the exercise and showed me what I need to do at home and told me to come back 2-3 time a week to see progress. Like what is this place?

AVOID AT ALL COST, unless you want to be sent to collections almost 4 years after your service due to THEIR billing error. Had my 1 single appointment in 2022 that I personally verified would be covered by insurance only to receive a call fall of 2025 saying I owe them money and the were sending to collections if I didn’t pay. I told them they needed to call my insurance as that is not accurate. The gentleman I talked to said he would do that and instead, they sent to collection with no call back. Extremely unethical and disrespectful. I went as a postpartum mom needing help and now I’ve lost all hope for this kind of practice. My OB recommended them to me and I will make sure they know exactly what they are sending their patients to. This is not patient error and should be an item written
