Zach the tech went way above to make sure I was getting the best out of my starkey. When I arrived, he said I set aside extra time so we can get this done right. Thanks praise the LORD. And believe I have his name right. This is the best my starkey has worked in a long time. We didn’t need the extra Zach did the test and sat these babies and said I didn’t have to keep that ear canal thing that circle your ear and he removed that. So I am a very satisfied customer.

Zach, at Innovative Hearing, conducted a comprehensive test and provided detailed explanation of results. He is very knowledgeable and answered each of my questions pertaining the hearing test.

I recently took my 91 year old mother in to the Irving location to update her hearing aids. Mark Pulido was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He got mom's insurance approved on the spot, tested her hearing, assessed her needs, made ear molds and placed our order all in the same visit! The best part was that he answered all her questions, eased her anxieties, and she left with a smile on her face! Believe me that is no easy task!!! I came in for an appointment with Mark because my hearing aids were not working correctly. He checked them out and found that the problem was with the app and my cell phone. He also showed me away that I could fix this problem myself if it were to happen again, and was very polite and knowledgeable. He also mentioned the importance of wearing them every day for at least 8 hours. I would recommend Innovative Hearing to anyone who was in need of hearing aids.
