Took my 95 yo mother for a chipped tooth. Moms on hospice with COPD, cancer and Alzheimer's dementia. The staff was AMAZING with her, my mom loved them.

This was my second visit to Innovate Dental, and both times have been amazing! The staff is so kind, non-judgmental, and validating. They were incredibly understanding of my fear of needles, and the doctor was very gentle. I also appreciated the clear feedback before and after the procedure. Highly recommend!

made an appointment and then they change it not even 24hrs before. Did not even ask me expecting me to come in anyway. I had also specified I wanted to come in earlier and they still put me in the system for a later appointment. Had I shown up at my scheduled time they would’ve turned me away. Extremely unprofessional especially people with lives who work around SCHEDULED appointment times.

My visit to the dentist was an excellent experience, one I haven't had in a long time. The dentist was attentive and considerate, frequently checking in to ask if I needed a break and explaining each step of the procedure. Despite the pain I had been experiencing with my tooth, she did a great job, and by the time she finished, I felt relief and satisfaction. Overall, it was a positive experience.
