I’ve been working with Alex for almost a year now and she, quite literally, has changed my life! I had chronic neck and back pain for over 10 years that I thought I would just have to live with but after only 3 sessions with Alex, my pain has resolved and we’ve been able to keep it away with regular appointments. My parents have even started seeing her and both said she gives the best massages they’ve ever had. We love her!! So knowledgeable, welcoming, and calming. Alex and Nicola are both fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed their beautiful "Elements of Sound : Spring Equinox Celebration" at InnerGate this evening. It was my first time doing a sound bath + acupuncture, and it was so relaxing and healing. When I arrived, I had a really bad headache/migraine... but by the end of the session, it was completely gone. My stress and anxiety just melted. Hours later, I still feel lighter and more at peace than I've felt in a long time.
