After checking out the Inner Rhythms website, I made an appointment with Chris to treat myself to a long overdue healing massage....as have been experiencing a lot of stress and pain. I was impressed with the quality and energy of my massage, especially after trying Reiki massage for the 1st time. It brought so much relief for my back and leg pain, feeling energy and heat flowing into my body. Chris is top notch in his profession for sure! I've already made my next appointment, and looking forward to many more.

Chris is THE BEST! An energy healer and massage therapist, I guarantee you won't find anyone better. The whole experience at Inner Rhythms is relaxing and rejuvenating from the moment you walk into the door, and Chris does an incredible job listening to what issues you're experiencing and providing relief through massage and reiki. 10/10 recommend!

Christine Hurley is here at Inner Rhythms, she does a great job (if you want a customized massage. Strong, listens, accommodating, professional and warm (personality). Facility is small and cozy, always clean and comfortable. There are other services there that I have not tried.

Not only is the environment warm and welcoming, the massage was easily the best I have ever had. Christopher was amazing and I will definitely be back! You won't be disappointed!
