After a rough travel day, I was so grateful to have a massage booked with Allen at Inner Element in Virginia Beach. He was amazing—his technique was spot on, using neuromuscular therapy and really getting into the trigger points I didn’t even realize needed attention. I came in sore and exhausted and left feeling totally refreshed and recharged. I feel amazing! The space is super relaxing, with hot tea and water available, and he even offered a warm towel afterward to wipe off any excess oils—such a thoughtful touch. If you’re in Virginia Beach and need a great massage, go see Allen. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Allen. My job keeps me very active plus I ride my bike almost everyday and swim 2 or 3 times a week so I have need massage by an expert. That is what Allen is. Just let him know what areas you need him to address, in addition he can find other areas that need alittle extra care as well. I have recommended him to others and everyone thanks me and continues to go back to see him.
