I worked with Angela for over a year after my father's terminal prognosis brought chaos and shook everything I thought I knew about my family of origin. She guided me away from all of the learned dysfunction and into healthy habits, and gave me a lot of powerful tools that I still use. Now after my father's death, I am at peace and have worked through the neglect and trauma. My overall health and relationships are the best they've ever been, I feel alive and am thriving! Professional and so understanding. I’ve made so much progress with Sarah! I missed an appointment and the fee was waived because we rescheduled for the same week, I’m on Medicaid and a fixed income so it was very helpful!! Edit: One year later and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience! I still struggle but the tools I’m learning to apply in therapy have been very helpful to my growth and healing.

My son was a client here for 2 years! Left on summer vacation with his father and had return plans with his therapist for July, recieved a letter of him being discharged. Called and left many messages with no replies from the office or his therapist.

They work very hard with the goal of personal development. I have seen therapists in other places basically do lip service or tell you what you want to hear or just is a person you constantly summarize your week to. These people, however, focus on coping skills and skill development to move forward in life with ehatever difficulties you have. They are objective, and they do well trying to get you to see things from other angles. As a person who struggles with mental health, I need someone who can see and point things out to me that I cannot see when I am too emotional.

Sometimes, walking through coals with an attuned coach to remind you how to tolerate and salve the burns (until you learn to avoid them) is the most realistic way to heal. 🤷‍♀️ It’s a relief to have learned who I am and want to be and to have been held to my standards.
