Terrible service, the front desk is very rude and unprofessional! Gave me an appointment at 9am and had me waiting for 40 minutes, when i went up to the front desk and ask if i was being seen soon they said that my appointment wasn’t until 12p when i had the appointment card given to me by one of them stating that my appointment was at 9am. They had written down my appointment at a different time than we agreed on and were arguing with me because of a mistake on their end. The girl who gave me the appointment admitted she did give me the appointment at 9 but never apologized for arguing with me about something that was their fault, Or for having me waiting without letting me know that they had changed my appointment without my consent or knowledge. Dr. Jain and Dr. Isukapalli have been my doctors for over 3 years and they have managed every single problem i’ve had, from a common cold to my anxiety. They are excellent doctors and the staff is very friendly

The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was rude and did not listen. She instructed me to change my primary care physician before I could be seen. I instructed her my insurance does not require me to list a specific doctor. She was adamant and made me wait on hold to get a insurance rep on the phone during COVID for 40 min twice for the rep to tell her it’s not required. Next visit I fell on black ice came in complaining of pain and was told nothing is broken just take pain pills. I requested x-ray and was denied. I called after several days of being in pain and was told to go to the emergency room or come back in to be re-examined. I’m still trying to understand why refuse a pt and x-ray to rule out tissue or bone damage. Why keep billing insurance to only prescribe

If i could give her less then a 1 star i would. She failed to asks for copies of my medical records, treated me and increased medication without these records. Then refused out right to fill out forms that would have described my illnesses. This is how i found out she had none of my records. She also has TERRIBLE bedside manner. She speaks down to you, does not look ppl in the face, does not ask common questions & treats you as you are wasting her time. I would not recommend Dr.Jain to a pet yet alone a human being

The worst place to go for help . The doctor doesn’t care what you have to say she wants you in and out . Last time I went I told her what was wrong and she told me I was lying and making it up, don’t recommend this place to anyone . They also make you wait forever to actually be seen .
