The entire staff here is wonderful. The receptionist greeted everyone with genuine kindness and compassion, making us feel truly welcome. I also want to mention the nurse, who was incredibly gentle. I had two injections and didn't feel a thing! Additionally, the doctor has an excellent bedside manner and really takes the time to listen.

Confusion on Insurance i call to verify did they accept my Ins they said yes. Even called my ins co. They had me all set up. When i got there the receptionist would not accept my ins. They told me to go to emergency whuch i thought was bs. So i ended up paying cash $175.00. The Doctor was great and easy on the eye.

A little slow, but the doctor was amazing. He actually took the time to really assess me and listen to me. I’ve gone to other providers who don’t care what you have to say and your experience. Me as the patient knows my body the best….when something is wrong, something is wrong. And this doctor listened and advocated for me. Would recommend to anyone!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I will definitely go there in the future. Dr. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The young lady assistant (Marine veteran) was very nice and super professional.

Inland Urgent Care Temecula was efficient and prompt in taking care of my ear issue. The PA and other support staff were professional and thorough in their procedures. I will definitely return for other medical concerns.
