We had a wonderful first time visit with this establishment. We were greeted nicely and expedited quickly and easy through the checkin process. Our meeting was done professionally and we were set at ease immediately. Our concerns and questions were heard and answered. We were listened to and in no way pressured or pushed to purchase or settle for any of the products shown. We came away feeling good about our visit and our selection of this business verses other similar ones was the best choice for us.

My sister and I have both gotten hearing aids from Dan. And we are very pleased with them. You can come and have their hearing aids cleaned and no office call fee. Friendly helpful staff and pleasant office to visit and you don’t wait. We give em a 5!

I ended the appointment quickly when I found out they no longer carried my insurance. There was a transition of ownership and the new company called me to make the appointment without any consideration of whether my insurance would cover my appointment. Very poor business practice!!

My husband and I been going to Dan for years we live a long way from Inland hearing but I love going there !!!! Dan and his staff are very knowledgable, friendly and personable. The service is outstanding. And timely thanks Dan for all you do for us .
