Ingram's Pharmacy

Hello, my name is Roosevelt and I am a customer at Ingram’s pharmacy. The staff there are very nice and honest sometimes it’s like a small family .i have much respect for everyone there .i hope she stays around for a long time and to anyone reading this let us all protect Ingram pharmacy from all types of people that bring negativity less keep positive energy with Ingram pharmacy and God bless . To all color race and religion this is not a world where we judge people let’s respect each other . If anyone has any information on the thieves who stole from her store please report it to Bakersfield police department. God bless I love you all at Ingram pharmacy.

When the pharmacist is willing to actually state that they do not make a profit off you then it is time to find a new pharmacy. She was trying to bombard me with medication I had to pay for in order not to give me the prescription Doctor order. The one Doctor ordered is free. But again she states "since it is free and she makes no profit " it priority doesn't seem to matter to her. I've never encountered such an unprofessional (also yelled at me) pharmacist. The employee's I spoke with before have always treated me well. The bad apple is higher up for me in this case.

I LOVE this place and the ppl that work here, there like my family. They are so wonderful and warm. friendly, very caring, and compassionate. I recommend ppl there all the time. 🥰

If I could give zero stars I would! Kayla and Wendy are so rude and unprofessional. Both claim to be the lead managers yet neither are capable of sending all prescriptions to my new pharmacy. My medications were being billed yet I wasn't receiving them and my depression medication was never ready or available for weeks that's why I had to find a different pharmacy when the pharmacy called requesting all my prescriptions they picked and chose what they felt like sending over instead of sending all that I had. The pharmacy is rarely ever open I went to the one inside superior store in union.

Ingram's is a small locally owned pharmacy that delivers. My initial impression was positive and continues to be. However, as of late, I have received a duplication of meds (3 of the same meds) which arrived as a complete surprise. Some one has to pay for them? Should I be concerned? It all adds up and it's a waste. The customer should have the option to re-fill meds as per doctor's instructions. I trust that this matter be addressed. Is this the result of an overzealous employee or something more sinister? 3 stars
