I took my 14yr. old daughter there to get braces & they were amazing! They took the time to explain everything to me & my daughter. They had 3 different payment plans I could choose from, which was a lifesaver. But most importantly they were amazing to my daughter. They took time to explain things to her answer her questions. I would highly recommend this place.

I typically have a decent experience with these folks, but there have certainly been exceptions. Some staff members are rude, and they don’t listen. I’ve made requests for metal retainers and they will not fulfill my request. They give you flimsy plastic retainers that break within 2 months, and then replace them for $200 and they take impressions over your already moved teeth. It’s a giant cash grab. This is now the second time I’ve had my treatment reversed, due to flimsily crafted retainers and incompetent care. I’ve scheduled an appointment with wertz and I don’t plan on coming back to this location.

Impressed with this organization! They know what they are doing and on top of all that, everyone is so kind and friendly! Keep it up!

I have never been at this clinic but I ran into Dr. Daugherty at Lowes and he was kind enough to help me out. Thank you sir!
