Best pharmacy in Pickens! I pick up my medications monthly and they all know my name. They know who I am based on my voice when I call. Someone is on top of things because it’s never more than 15 minutes for a fill. I feel 100% comfortable talking to any of the techs and the pharmacist about any medication questions, no matter how small. They will give you advice that your doctor might not have given! Very valuable. Plus they have a drive thru and outdoor walk up window. Overall this pharmacy gets a solid 9/10. If you’re a cash paying patient, Ingles is not always the cheapest, although many meds are competitive on pricing. Use GoodRx to find the best cash value. For insured patients, I highly recommend.

Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. They all joke with me when I come in. We know each other by name. I have zero complaints. If someone posts negative statements about the Pickens Ingles I will have to call them Karens.

The pharmacy was very helpful getting my prescription filled when I could t get service elsewhere because of availability. Recently made the switch. Glad I did.
