Ingles Pharmacy

Horrible customer service, very rude/hateful. Have had issues the past 3 months and couldn't even get a simple answer. They just interrupt and rush you off the phone. Definitely finding a new pharmacy.

Ingles Pharmacy always has my back. One of the pharmacists always calls me by my name. Ms. Jessie always makes sure I am always caught up with my immunizations. My prescriptions are always ready on time. This Ingles Pharmacy does an excellent job.

What can you say about a pharmacy? Moved up to Small Town Cleveland about 2 years ago and got to tell you the people that work at the Ingles Pharmacy really know how to get it done. good people, fast, friendly and they go be above and beyond!

I love the amazing staff at Ingles Pharmacy in Cleveland GA. Helpful, friendly, efficient and communicative. They make sure to order ahead my meds, the pharmacist knows me by name and goes out of her way to say hi to me. I hate that my health insurance has removed this pharmacy from my designated pharmacies as of Jan. 2025. No other pharmacy in town actually cares like tbe folks here do. Heck, they even called me the day after I got my flu shot to make sure I felt ok and had not had any problems from the shot. Who does that? Only the staff here do!!!

After using another large chain Pharmacy in Cleveland for many months and having to wait up to 2 weeks at a time to get my medications filled and subpar service from the employees and Pharmacist there, I started going to Ingles and while there still maybe a wait on getting the medications I need, it's only 1 or 2 days compared to 2 weeks. Ingles Pharmacy employees and Pharmacists are very nice and helpful!! I'm thankful they help me when I need it
