Ingles Pharmacy

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE everyone told me different information, was told I didn’t have a prescription, until I informed them that it was sent 5 DAYS AGO and they said “oh yeah I see it” which is completely unacceptable. I sat at the window while people were just looking at me until I rang the bell. Nobody ever smiles, nobody is ontop of their job, I switched my pharmacy yesterday. I’m recommending my family does as well. Incredibly disappointed. To Kroger I go.

The pharmacy was great once upon a time. My family has used them for years until recently. Within the last year it’s gone down hill Severely. I kept telling myself to take my business elsewhere because they made no secret of the fact that they could care less, but I honestly didn’t have the time to go through transferring a family of six. However, the micro-aggressions & disrespect have gotten to the point that I truly feel I’m being bated. So, if you’re someone that requires to be treated with Respect & not mistreated due to what you look like, do yourself a favor & go elsewhere.

Set up excellent, ailes always clean, and products arranged on the shelves neatly. Produce always fresh, however prices are slightly on the higher side.

Helpful no hospitality at all as they come in and no excuse, just keep rushing on through knocking you out the way
