Ingles Pharmacy

Great personal service, even when it’s busy. I have switched pharmacies over a dozen times for terrible service and lack of professionalism in this area of town. My family and I have been using this pharmacy since they opened.

We transferred our prescriptions from Walgreens to ingles and have been very pleased with their personal service and attention to detail that we did not receive previously

The staff are top notch. I'm glad I do business with them.

Two stars because sometimes there is a human entity working that can actually help you. The rest of the time, lets just say" not the most intelligent of people working". Not only that but I get a feeling I'm being judged. If I'm not then they just have the worst human relations skill set imaginable. I stopped going to this pharmacy years ago, so this isnt new. It's my darn Dr keeps sending my scripts here for some reason. I drive out to tunnel rd to that ingles. Mind you I live across the street from the one on Leicester. I choose to drive to tunnel rd. The absolute worst, that's my review.

To be fair I just visited on a busy Saturday before possible snow. But arrived coming from my Drs that they had no record of my prescription. Then suddenly found it and was told 30-40 min wait. Ok I get that. Waited in store with obviously sick kid in my arms. Approached counter after 40 mins to be told it will be 2-3 hrs. No apology for the miscommunication or making me wait with my sick kid for 40 mins for no reason.
