The Harvey Illinois Ingalls is straight up trash The emergency room workers once you get admitted seem pretty compassionate, but once you get admitted into the main hospital, it’s a totally different story to the doctors I encountered for my sister seemed very rude and definitely not caring and are probably overworked. Same thing goes with the nurses and the ICU one in particular was a shorter Arabic lady who was very very rude, this place treats you just like a number I would say 80% of the people encountered attitudes were horrible. This was not for me. It was for my sister. If you have a loved one, and you can make prior arrangements to take them to the emergency room at a different hospital I strongly suggest you do it speaking for myself as long as it’s not life or death situation. I

Pharmacist are very professional they always answer my questions and send my medicine in mail order I always get my medicine on time I love Ingalls Professional Pharmacy they are really professional thanks ingalls

Had what I was prescribed also had parking right in front, the valet was kind and helpful

Make sure to check your prescription before leaving the hospital if you have it delivered to your room before leaving. Had my mom's filled before she left because I thought it would be convenient, she is on tube feeding only while in the hospital her prescriptions were liquid they sent capsules and tablets home instead of liquids. Unfortunately we did not find out till to late because my mom came home via ambulance with the WRONG meds. And they didn't care. So beware of the convenience of having delivered before leaving the hospital!

My mom was released from hospital and her meds delivered to Waterford Estates next day. That did not happen and nobody would even pick up the phone. This are heart medications and will hold them accountable if anything happens
