Ingalls Pediatric Dentistry

I’ve been going to this dentist since I was a child, and I am now 24 years old unfortunately. This is the most amazing place I could have asked for to be my dentist office and they even have a college room for when you get older. This place is so intentional and the staff and doctor are wonderful. I recommend this place with all my heart and I hope your kids love it as much as I do!

Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience for My Child: My kids have been patients at this clinic for over two years, but our recent visit for my 7-year-old’s first cavity filling under local anesthesia was extremely distressing. The dentist was rude and dismissive when my daughter said she couldn’t breathe while a dental dam was in place, repeatedly insisting “it never happens” instead of checking on her comfort. During the 1.5-hour procedure, suction was used only twice, and my child became unresponsive at one point. When I tried to wake her, he scolded me and said she was “just happily sleeping.” This was a traumatic experience, and we no longer feel safe returning here. I wish I could give zero stars — we will never visit this clinic again. I truly hope the dentist learns to treat young pat

My oldest child has been coming here his entire life and is about to graduate to having to go to “the grown ups’ dentist” and my younger children still go here. The staff and dental team are amazing and every time one child goes the others get jealous because they want to come! Really helps when they first get introduced to having to come to the dentist! They have games to occupy, parents tour the facility but of course don’t come back during their appointment as children are better behaved without parents lingering next to them, they involve the children with “jobs” to do during their visit in the chair and afterwards they call you back to go over everything (and reassure the anxious parents who don’t like being separated) and then the children get to go by the rewards center and pick out

I am 23 years old now and I have been coming since I was a child. This place has always made me feel comfortable and still treats me well even though I am way too old to be there lol. Dr.Ingalls and the staff are amazing and they have helped me so much! I truly don’t want to move on to a different dentist office!

My granddaughter’s dentist visit was the worse dental experience I have ever witnessed. I sat helplessly watching my precious granddaughter wrapped like a burrito while crying in terror and gurgling on her spit as the rude, obnoxious dentist worked on her cavity. When I demanded that they suctioned her spit, the dentist told me to sit down and be quiet or he was going to have me removed. That evening my three year old granddaughter said that the dentist hurt her and told her to calm down. She is emotionally scarred. I would never want to see another sweet baby go through what my granddaughter endured for approximately 45 min. at the hands of this “Pediatric Dentist”.
