Infusion Services & Specialty Pharmacy

Finally done with my blood transfusion 🙌 and I just want to say this infusion center was amazing. I was nervous going in, but the staff made me feel so comfortable right away. They explained everything, kept checking on me, and made sure I was okay the whole time. The nurses were so kind and gentle, and you can tell they actually care about their patients. The place was clean and organized, which made me feel even better about being there. If you ever need infusions or a transfusion, I definitely recommend them. They made a stressful day a whole lot easier for me.

For weeks I have been trying to get a prescription for an infusion and it took weeks for them to submit it to even see if it needed prior authorization. They wanted my full medical history and the conditions I have that would warrant the Dr to prescribe this infusion. They questioned everything without even seeing if their Dr was in network so they could give it. They seemed to not know what or how to to do. It was delay after delay till finally they told me oh sorry I just found out today we can’t give it to you unless you want to pay for it because our Dr is out of network. This was a few days before I was to come in. The whole time I was telling them how much I needed the treatment or I woukd need to go to a hospital for care. They were very nice and sounded like they would be perf

My first experience with this facility was amazing! The Staff is so kind and informative. The nurses are great as well, I'm happy to make this my Bi-annually location for my Infusions.
