InFocus Urgent Care - West Windsor

I wouldn’t trust InFocus Urgent Care with a splinter, let alone surgical clearance. My experience with this business was a textbook example of predatory "medicine" and coordinated dishonesty. The runaround started at their Ewing location, where the receptionist explicitly lied to me, claiming their EKG machine was "broken" just to send me to the West Windsor location. It was clear from the start that this wasn't about patient care—it was about shuffling me through their system. Once at West Windsor, the incompetence continued. The technician had no idea how to operate the EKG machine, resulting in a reading that was physically impossible due to improper lead placement. Total scam. Came here in December and was charged $100 for a shot I was told my insurance did not cover. I contacted them for the invoice for this charge and they told me my insurance did cover it. I showed them that I have not been refunded for the $100 I was charged. They said I should call the office to be refunded. I have called multiple times and have not been refunded. Their billing office called them, and my insurance called them as well to alert them of the illegal fraud they are partaking in. Crickets. I had no choice but to contact my bank about the fraud, since they refuse to refund me. I see in other reviews that it is endemic within this business. Super friendly, qualified, and knowledgeable staff! I barely needed to wait for all three of my visits. Everyone made me feel comfortable and taken care of during my visit. Eileen is a wonderful person and caregiver. I will only go to this urgent care for as long as I am in the area.

Happy with our experience here. Decided to go around 10:30am for swollen hands Front desk staff was polite and professional. The online forms were lengthy - I went through them fast and skipped non-required sections, and it still took me 10 minutes. Otherwise, there was no wait time. The PA was courteous and kind. Dr Regan was caring, professional, patient with questions, and respectful of us wanting to be as conservative as possible with medication. She took x-rays, removed the foreign body in the hand (needed local anesthetic), and recommended antibiotics for possible cellulitis. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed. Grateful for the positive interactions.

Exceeded all expectations. I brought an elderly relative to InFocus Urgent Care for a small but deep laceration eschewing the ER. It was the best decision. We were seen and treated quickly. Dr Arjun has decades of experience with exactly these injuries. She applied about a dozen stitches, each Stitch was so perfect Disney used it in a movie. Patient is recovery very well. But medicine is more than treatment: Dr Arjun's bedside manner is more practiced than her skilled hands. She put the patient at ease and got him to overcome his lifelong white-coat syndrome. I thought it would be hard to get him to come back for a follow-up but he is eager to return. I am so glad we didn't go to the ER. I would give a sixth star if possible.
