horrible service! I go in to get checked out for my ear that’s KILLING me, the front desk dude was cool, i was the first client and i thought i was gonna get out fast and feel better but i get sat down and it takes a good 20-30 minutes for them to send me to a room, im aching in pain. While i get sent i wait 5 more min so a doctor can check my vitals, not so bad you would think but then i have to wait for the actual doctor. The doctor took 30min possibly even more I was ready to leave. She comes in and she just tells me why my ear hurts and dosent give me anything not medicine no pills but instead says she’s gonna prescribe pills and medicine and i have to go pick it up and she told me she would sign it right when she leaves, when I leave, I go straight to pick up my medicine and they told

Worst experience. I walked in and no one acknowledged me for about 15 minutes. There were two girls at the desk and one was just looking over the other’s shoulder. I understand being busy, but a quick hello or any kind of acknowledgment would have gone a long way. That should have been my first red flag. They eventually handed me the paperwork, and then I kept waiting. After a while I overheard them tell another patient that their system was down and they had to call each insurance company manually. No one told me this directly, even though they already had my paperwork. It would have been more professional to explain the situation upfront. I asked for my insurance card back and left. I will not be returning.

The service here was absolutely terrible. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and I didn’t meet a single person who was genuinely kind. Everyone was rude, and the doctor who came in to help wasn’t even a doctor. She stood about five feet away from me and didn’t know anything about health. Seriously? She asked me if I had my tonsils removed (which I didn’t) and shouldn’t a doctor be able to tell by looking at my throat? The front desk lady was the worst. I’m never going back, and I don’t recommend you go either. You’ll probably get ripped off and pissed off.

I went here on Wednesday with fever, cough, fatigue and congestion. They didn’t test me for anything and sent me home with an antibiotic to treat a bacterial infection. I walked through Thanksgiving like a zombie. By Saturday, after three more days of fever and terrible cough that not only was keeping me awake but keeping everyone else in my household awake as well, I went to a different urgent care to find out I have flu A. I was now too late for tamiflu as I was now past day 5 of symptoms. Do yourself a favor and give this place a miss and go to the urgent care on Denow Rd in Pennington.

I came in with Covid, having used a home testing kit. The clinic had no quick tests (why not?). They took a swab and said they would get the results to me in two days. It’s been six days and I have not been contacted. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude- I was having problems with the WiFi and she started yelling that there was nothing she could do. Thankfully there was another employee there (male) who helped me out and put me in touch with the doctor. Finally, this was the first time that I encountered a dog in a medical office. This was not a service dog, just an ordinary dog that didn’t have any tags or license.
