Avoid at all costs! Dr. Warshauer is the absolute worst doctor I have ever encountered. He accused me of lying about my injury (even though the MRI and radiologist clearly stated I have a torn ACL) and did absolutely nothing to help it get better. Then, he had the nerve to ask if I was ready to return to work! This doctor has done nothing but waste my time. Under workman's comp, you have the right to a second opinion. If you get assigned to this practice, I highly recommend you seek out a different orthopedic.

Had a 515 appointment ran into bad traffic called the office told receptionist my eta was 525. She checked with the doctor said it was okay. At 523 when im 2 minutes out she calls me to tell me we have to reschedule. Spent almost 2 hours on the road to get there due to traffic and made it by 525. Terrible service in my opinion

Got referred to this place through workers comp after getting injured on the job. My first time speaking to both Dr Warshauer and Heater was great (and every other time). They listened to what I had to say and helped me with treatment. Dr W did my knee surgery this past week and this whole process has been great. I saw some other reviews which prompted me to write mine. Everyone here has been professional including when I had questions after my procedure and Dr W and Heather both helped me out. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go to for orthopedic help. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you, this has been the best doctors experience I have ever had! Thank you Infinity Ortho

I had to go to this doctor because of Workmans comp. I only got to see him on my first visit and last visit. In between I had to see his PA Heather who was just rude and condescending. I also lost track how many times she rolled her eyes. Anyway I was told I was fine after a few pt sessions and asked them if they did you read the pt notes. I was told oh we don’t read them. My pt was like your shoulder is probably frozen and my range of motion was 50 % of what it should be. Again Dr said I was fine and he could just give me cortisone if I wanted. After closing my Workmans comp case, I went to a different doctor and was informed that Dr. W completely diagnosed me wrong and I have a complete frozen shoulder and some tearing. He said I would now need like 9 months to recover and hopefully won

Runnnnnnn ! Doctor ? Thats definitely too large of a title for this man . Front desk ladies , follow the lead . They are just as bad . The eye rolling , the talking amongst each other about patients , the complete disregard for a human beings. The fact that they think they can just bluntly tell you to your face you’re lying !!! is ridiculous . This man is a joke , as well as his assistants !!! If you can avoid this place RUN !!! I never seen a doctors read MRI Results , & turn around and say you’re lying , nothing is wrong ! I wish there was no Stars.
