New patient visit. Not a very nice lobby. Small. See video. Cheap poster on the wall. No music. Super small waiting area. Not a warm welcome from receptionist. She does speak Spanish which is nice for Spanish-speaking patients. Very much a small operation and seemingly unorganized. I will gladly adjust my review if the doctor provides 4-5 star service. But it would take a lot to change my mind. There were several conversations easy to hear from doctor to receptionist. These shouldn’t be heard by patients waiting. It is due to the design of the waiting room along with the size of the office. Might be finding another provider after this. It is just hard to get appointments in Florida in October. As a new patient visit I have no complaints, the office is located in a convenient area, it is next to a main road so everyone could be able to find the location easily. The office is small but it’s nice for people who don’t like the run around or getting lost because everything is all over the place. Upon entry I’m not sure if I was greeted but I felt very welcomed I was met with a smile and eye contact as for my fist visit I definitely enjoyed this office. Dr Ortega was very polite and straightforward with what I needed done.

I am so impressed with the attention my mother is a patient will not disclose her name, Dr.Bassett is a good MD. As well the manager Helga she is always accessible and try to help the patients, I really don’t care what the other comments non productive. Keep the good job and help this community. Thank you

The Fort pierce location is way better. I couldn’t find it on google so I’m leaving my review here, Jasmine and Freddie in the front are always extremely helpful and always help me with the things I need even though the phones never work they always come through for me. The nurse practitioner very thorough.

VERY UNORGANIZED AND STRESSFUL. If you are physically able to, RUN. Go literally anywhere else. Unless you want them to call you, schedule an appointment with you, show up for said appointment, then be told YOU ACTUALLY DONT have an appointment after waiting for almost an hour inside the office for the appointment that THEY called and setup with you…... Happened to me twice. Just witnessed it happen to TWO other people, who also said it was not the first time it has happened to them with this company. So I am not alone in that, or a one off case that slipped through the cracks. I can accept mistakes happen. But you have THIS many of the exact same issue?
