Infinity Care Solutions

I have been receiving my medication from them for quite a number of years. The staff has been great and the cost is exactly half what the compounding pharmacy charges in my state. A real plus since insurance won't cover it.

I have a great experience with them. They deliver my medicine one time,Their great at reaching back out to you if you have questions or even just speaking with the pharmacist they have great customer service. I’m never been on hold long at all.. i recommend them to five other people that are using them now.

I've been getting my biologic medications from Infinity for about 2 years now. They really care about their patients. They went above and beyond to help me when something unexpected happened with medicaid and I couldn't see my Dr to get a refill. I highly recommend Infinity Care Solutions. They have been very good to me!!! I can't thank them enough for being there and caring the way they have over the years. I'll never change pharmacies again. After years of dealing with constant hassles and negligent customer service from CVS Specialty Pharmacy, I was at last referred to Infinity Care Solutions for my biological meds and a host of other maintenance meds. From my first encounter with them to today, the staff at Infinity has provided above and beyond care on every level. I am grateful for them every time I engage with them, which is fairly often, due to the nature of my health issues. It is refreshing to speak to an actual, knowledgeable person without navigating an endless automated phone system. Going on 2 weeks without my medications. I’ve called and spoke to people and they have to call you back after confirming scripts. People don’t have all day to be on the phone going back and forth about medications you’ve already called and confirmed were needed. My meds were supposed to be on auto ship and somewhere there was a disconnect and I’ve been having issues ever since. Maybe hire some people that understand you can’t ship out meds that need to be signed for when the person won’t even be home to accept them.
