Amy was informative and explained everything to me giving me clarity in regards to the product and how it works with my Plantar Fascitiis.

I went to Infinite Technologies for a second opinion on my 6 month flat spot on his head. The evaluation was very quick and easy. It was only us and the specialist for the appointment. The specialist told me what to expect and how they will determine their recommendation. The specialist was great and very knowledgeable. She discussed the research they use to determine the data but also what the data means for insurance coverage. The results was that my son didn't need a helmet and took time to explain why (again based on research). I felt that it was a truly objective review and not a chance to push a helmet on a child who didn't need it.

My experience with this practice started six years ago, when I need an AFO for a footdrop. I first went to the Fairfax office, but in my later years when to Arlington where Amy took care of me. AFO's wear out and need to be adjusted and occasionally replaced. Amy was ALWAYS punctual, pleasant and effective at resolving my issue. I know my injury is my injury and it needs to be addressed, but when you look at the photos of other patients in the office--amputees on the golf course or babies with helmets--living and thriving with the help of our medical science and this practice, you feel pretty insignificant.
