Called couple time to make an appointment and hard to speak to the lady responsible for appointments. Her name is Chrissy that really hard to talk to and unprofessional. Today I called to speak with her but another rude person pick up the phone her name is Rachel that told to go and look for another doctor. They are not willing to give me an appointment. This a not acceptable The person responsible for this office need to talk to this associate that push patients away. Wow.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Samantha, who gives me my shots the receptionist, both very, very, very pleasant and accommodating, knowing what I had to go through most pleasant people I’ve ever met and Doctor J who I won’t try to spell that name out awesome I called. They take care of my concerns. Best place ever you ever need infectious disease place. This is the place to go. I’ll give them 10 stars I could.

Have been a patient for eight years and have nothing but praise and admiration for this practice. Everyone there including the doctors and entire staff have always been nothing but professional and caring providing the best care and treatment, never “ rushing “ through a patient and always taking as much time as needed and showing real interest and concern regarding any issues I may have . Whenever I needed to reach out to the office for anything like prescription renewals -insurance claims or just needing to reach out to my physician to ask a question my concerns were always handled promptly and professionally . My experience with this practice has been incredible. I came here suffering from cdiff and the staff as well as doctors were all great. Getting an appointment was fast and easy, when I had any questions the doctors would get back to me within the day. So far I am satisfied with the service here.

Highly recommend! Trish, Nora, Irene, Donna and Evelyn are ALL extremely kind and compassionate. Every time I have had an appointment so far, they have all gone above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the my IV medication, repeatedly checked on my well being and have always greeted us with a friendly smile. All of the insurance approvals were handled directly between the office and my insurance company. The group of doctors at this practice at top notch. Each and every doctor have been caring, thorough, and explained in detail my diagnosis, provided immediate care which kept me out of the hospital twice now and most of all have excellent bedside manner. Highly, highly recommend!
