Indigo Wellness Group has been the most wonderful addition to my wellness routine. From the moment you enter, the indigo colored walls make you feel an immediate sense of calm. Sharon is my acupuncturist and she is a compassionate listener, informative, and makes me feel so relaxed every time I see her. After months of spasms in my left leg, following a small stroke, it was truly a quality of life changing experience to have Acupuncture with Dr Sarah! The health history she required to begin treating me was unlike I received from some specialist over the course of the past months. The terrible spasms are gone, with advice on interventions I can use going forward have been helpful as well. She recommended a “ Theraputic massage as well and “Hallie” gave me a massage with attention to my left leg. I cannot fully describe the positive benefits from this talented young woman. I had an amazing experience with Sharon. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and makes you feel at ease right away. The treatments were not only effective but also very relaxing, and she took the time to really listen and tailor the sessions to my needs.

I've had several facials over the years, but this was by far the best one l've ever received. From the very beginning, she took the time to ask about my skin and really listened, which meant she could fully customize the facial to what I needed (I have dry skin, so that was huge for me!). The entire experience was incredibly relaxing-she has such a calming and professional presence. I also noticed how much care she put into cleanliness, which made me feel very comfortable. On top of that, she gave me excellent skincare advice that I've already started using at home. I can't wait to go back!

I have loved seeing Jodi during my prenatal & postnatal journey. She helped me connect back to my body and as an athlete feel like myself again. Highly recommend her!
