Indigo Urgent Care - Hayden

Excellent! Very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. I walked in with a sliced open finger in need of stitches and they had me in and out of there in about 30 mins. It’s refreshing to go into an urgent care being welcomed with a smile and a calming environment.

I took my kiddo to Indigo Urgent Care and had an excellent experience. The clinic was clean, the staff was kind and welcoming, and we were seen quickly. Everyone we interacted with was patient, helpful, and clearly cared about the families they were helping (Jason was awesome and I didn’t catch the front desk girl’s name but we loved her). The whole visit was smooth and efficient, which is such a relief when you’re dealing with a sick kiddo. After this experience, I can confidently say I will never go back to Kootenai Urgent Care. Indigo has completely won me over with their professionalism, compassion, and how smoothly everything runs. If you need urgent care in the Hayden area (or come from Post Falls, like us!), Indigo is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!

I’m not even kidding you this is the quickest I have ever been out of an urgent care. Not only was the place completely spotless. Everybody seemed to be very knowledgeable and caring. I was in and out after getting checked in seeing the nurse and the doctor and being prescribed medication within about 15 minutes. I will add that when you make an appointment and you fill out the information before you come in, that helps a lot.

We went here for my daughter, everything went really well. The girl who checked us in was super nice. And our nurse Rita was absolutely fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and friendly and really made both of us feel at ease and made sure that we understood everything and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re ever in need!

Very impressed! Staff was super friendly, compassionate, and informative. The clinic was clean and inviting. I would say this was the most courteous and compassionate care I’ve seen in probably all my years. Will definitely use them in the future!! Great job Indigo Hayden!!
