Indianspring Skilled Nursing Facility

There are some really wonderful nurses and aides at this facility that I have really enjoyed getting to know. Unfortunately, this facility seems to be chronically understaffed and often does not follow through on recommendations/orders either from internal staff or external partners (Hospice). At the initial care conference when my dad was admitted for skilled/long-term care, no one from nursing even showed up to the conference. I was told by other staff present at the conference that that was "typical". A month later at another care conference that I specifically requested to address some concerns, the Director of Nursing was present. There were several items that the Director told me she would follow up on and get back to me about. I never heard back from the Director, or anyone else abo

This is place is one of the worse facilities in the city! I wouldn’t take a dog there to die. The staff was abusive , disrespectful, rude and neglectful to the residents. I saw the aide walk past rooms while residents screamed for help. My mom laid in urine for several hours into the next shift came in on the daily! The 2nd shift aids don’t exist!! When you call your given the run around and everyone plays dumb! They will not schedule transportation for your loved one’s appointments for outpatient care , and if you say that you will take them they won’t have them ready . Medical care wise they are neglectful. DONT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY !! DIETARY WISE THEY SERVE THE RESIDENTS GARBAGE, NOTHING OF NUTRITIONAL VALUES , COLD CUTS SANDWICHES PACKED WITH SALT ARE SERVED SEVERA

I had a wonderful experience with this nursing facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Kaycee, the administrator, went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and organized. She was incredibly helpful, straightforward, and genuinely cared about making sure our needs were met. The facility is clean, well-run, and the team truly prioritizes the comfort and well-being of residents. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and excellent support.

A dear friend of mine was in the facility less then 48 hrs. His oxygen levels were down, he sat in his own urine for over 8 hrs, end up with a bed sore, couldn't get the nurses and or aides to answer his call lights when he. My friend is more like a brother, was scared for his life without his vitals being checked on regular times, he called 911 to come and get him. He feared that much for his life because of the lack of medical attention. Thank God they came and took him to the hospital where they are trying to get him stabilized and find another facility to send him to for the therapy he need to recover after his surgery. Please please do not send family nor friend to this place.Speak up and tell your truth, this place needs investigated.

Horrible place,I would never recommend this place. My mother never got tell her story, she passed from infection from a bed sore that they had to keep cutting away at. Received a call at 3am from the night rn that they don't have the staff to care for someone like her. They sent her to jewish hospital then hospice the next and she passed 4 days later.
