wife was transferred to Ruleville last night from Cleveland.they packed all her stuff but a phone charger,cord and extension cord.no one seems to know anything about them.this is secound time this has happened.i am sorry wrong hospital i take this back this is meant for Cleveland ms, bolivar medical center
