Indian Rock Dental

I started years ago at Indian Rock Dental. I have been under Dr. Fainman’s care. I find Dr. Fainman to be an excellent dentist and I continue to travel from Orange County to Rockland County for treatment. The staff has always professional, courteous and friendly.

During a procedure, Dr. Fainman damaged my existing implant while working on the tooth next to it. I noticed the damage the same day and informed the office. They said the doctor was aware and would discuss it with me at my next visit. Later, I received a call saying the doctor denied causing any damage and claimed it had been like that before. I was upset about my damaged implant but thought, well, accidents can happen and it’s not like the end of the world. It wasn’t intentional — I know doctors work hard and no one is perfect. I’m usually easygoing and believe people can make mistakes, so I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. I went to my next appointment with a positive attitude, didn't say anything about damaged implant , was respectful and tried to be a good easy patient.

Indian Rock Dental Is Fantastic ! Dr. Fainman is an excellent dentist and a true professional ! They have a great staff in an immaculate facility that has all the new state of the art dental equipment. My teeth have never looked and felt better.

Disappointed that they'd lie/deny vs being straightforward. Edit: Oh to be perfectly clear, I called and instead of being told a family member was denied access/service, when I called I was told my insurance was being denied (so I canceled my appointment) and had to call my insurance provider to confirm (which they then called the practice and told me the practice lied about not covering my insurance) all so I wouldn't confront them on a denied family member. Not exactly forthcoming.

The office staff at Indian Rock Dental was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Fainman was very professional and made me very comfortable during my visit. I would highly recommend this office .
