Indian River Hospital Scully Endoscopy Center

From check-in to discharge for my colonoscopy, I had a wonderful experience. Very efficient, thorough, and caring. Nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor were ALL top notch. They made the whole experience seamless and made me feel very comfortable and cared for.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy at Scully Endoscopy Center. Upon arrival, I was checked in promptly and taken upstairs to prepare for the procedure. While waiting, I had both of my laptops with me and was actively working. I interacted with four different nurses who prepped me and two doctors during this time, and no one mentioned any issue with my laptops. After changing for the procedure, I was approached by a nurse who told me it was time to put my laptops away. I placed them on the windowsill, assuming the room I was in would be my assigned room, as this was my first time having this procedure. She then instructed me to close the laptops and put them in my bag. I explained that I was actively working and did not have PTO, and asked if there was a locker or alternative where they cou

Nice modern facility. Friendly helpful staff. Lobby has free water and coffee and TV while you wait. Highly recommend this facility for your medical procedures.

I had 2 procedures scheduled by Dr. Harewood`s office. From my first contact with the Scully center a week before my appointment to go over prep and prescription preparation to first contact at center it was outstanding and both parties were professional, friendly and answered my questions. After intake receptionist quickly took my information I was greeted by one of the nurses in facility. I have to say everyone of the nurses there were unbelievably friendly, professional, and very respectful. Truthfully I felt like I was pampered as if I was in a 5 star resort instead of being prepped for a double procedure. I can't praise this facility, staff and Dr. Harwood enough.
