Don't actually see patients after 5:00 p.m. You just lost a family of four thanks for not helping

The security guy and patient registration lady was so rude to an expecting mother that was trying to check in. The registration person wasn’t using the basic manners of please and thank you. When ask for the supervisor she said you go find her and mind your business. Extremely rude! The security guard was co-signing with her..What happened to customer service..

I had the pleasure of visiting the urgent care & Alex was so helpful and nice to me. She definitely knew what she was doing , and was very capable at multitasking all of the other patients in the office & the phones. I hope her supervisor knows what kind of employee he has!

The tech was kind, sympathetic and listened to my issues. Dr. Kathy took time to thoroughly examine me. She ordered X-rays and a nebulizer treatment in-office, as well as other medications. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care I received.

We went to this urgent care yesterday for my husband to receive treatment. We are not from the area. We found the staff here to be courteous and efficient. Jessica and Kathryn treated my husband, we felt that they were very thorough. We did not wait long at all. Thank You.
