Indian River Hospital Outpatient + Urgent Care

Had Dr Rapp as my new primary had a couple visits with her really liked her but I just felt as though no one was listening to what I was saying or cared. However after having an appointment with her which she has to leave abruptly due to a family emergency which of course was completely understandable when several weeks later of waiting to hear back from her regarding testing she had ordered and I had I received no follow up call or message when I reached out about my concerns I was told find another primary wow wow just wow. Really shows they didn’t care at all

I went late afternoon and place was mobbed. Decided to hold out till early next morning. Was in and out fairly quickly. Staff was pleasant. Dr. had little "bedside manner" and less personality but did diagnose my condition and order diagnostic testing. Hey, it's a walk-in clinic, not supposed to be thrilling experience I guess. Needs were met.

First time coming into Sebastian urgent care and honestly, they were amazing! Super quick, super kind, and made everything so easy. I’m seriously thinking about coming here from now on instead of waiting forever at my primary doctor’s office. Highly recommend! 🌟

Went in for a serious migraine, met nurse Tracy Bancroft, and Dr offices need more nurses like her. Her personality and care is awesome. She was so funny and kind and made me feel comfortable and feel better. The front desk staff is always wonderful as well. This is the best walk in facility I’ve ever been to, and will go to if needed from here on out. But thank you Mrs Tracy for your kindness and care.

Front desk was very nice, Dr taylor Sung or Sung Taylor, thoughtfully reviewed my presenting issue,( cough for 5 months, )and ordered prescriptions that finally produced relief after 5 months of coughing. Allergy MD agrees with the plan, I finally feel treated!
