I purchased 4 Adec refurbished chairs and honestly, I did not know what to expect. The chairs arrived today and they look brand new. And yes, there is a difference between refurbished chairs and used chairs. I purchased 2 used 511 chairs from another vendor and they are OK but Independent Dental refurbished chairs look amazing. The refurbished chairs were a little pricier compared to used chairs but definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend this company!

He especially likes their timely response when he needs repair parts sent to him or an in-office repair. They are also willing to help over the phone/sending pictures in solving equipment problems/repairs. Theresa is always friendly and ready to help.
