My husband who is disabled, was receiving OT at this place for several months. The person who does the scripts said his script was no longer good and was canceling his very needed therapy. I said to her the script was still good. She proceeded to be nasty and then suddenly found the script in another file! and then still cancelled his appointment and said she would have to send in an authorization.I was upset they had that script for awhile and now they would not allow him to come in. She then in a veiled threat said "you know if we say we don't see improvement they wont approve anymore therapy for him. Meanwhile his surgeons had said the continuation was very important which I said to her and she KNEW! AND GUESS WHAT THEY DID THEY SAID HE IS NOT IMPROVING SO INSURANCE WON'T COVER HIM!! Ho

The most courteous and professional young ladies I’ve ever had the pleasure in meeting!!I I am a US Coastal Guard Veteran, and would highly recommend these young ladies for hand therapy. I really appreciate their hands on one on one treatment.

My 17-year-old son recently broke his pinky, and I reached out to In Touch for help. I was so impressed by their wonderful team. They were incredibly accommodating to his hectic schedule, which was a huge relief. The therapists were not only knowledgeable but also very caring and attentive. Thanks to their expertise, my son now has complete mobility in his hand, which at one point seemed doubtful. I highly recommend In Touch, especially for hand-related injuries!

I recommend these ladies. They are a great staff. I have been going to them for over a year. They have helped me so much with my hands. I have early stages of arthritis. My hands have improved, due to my job I have to go one a week to treat and keep them strong. Eve is a wonderful person, Jessica is also such a sweeetheart. I look forward to my visits.
