Good place but they really need to work on there time management. Almost everytime we have an appt we're sitting in the waiting room 20 minutes past our appt time. If you have to be on time for your appt then offices need to be respectful of your time too. Don't over schedule yourself. It's getting very frustrating.

This is not good place.Front desk staff,providers and techs are very unfriendly.They never smile and they are very rude.They don't like kids here and they just do what they need if that.My kids have been going there for past 5 years and we have seen it all. One time my daughter was left with suction tube in her mouth for over 15 minutes and another time Dr.Walder walked towards my other child without saying hi and just started to handle her mouth in not very gentle way. Please seek all other providers that are available before you come to this place.

There is very limited parking. Only street parking was available, or you can take a chance and park in the adjacent business's parking lots. Although there is no sign instructing you to, self check-in on the computer at the front door by typing in the pts name. This was my son's first visit to the office, and everyone was very nice and helpful. The orthodontist was personable and patient with my son, which was noticeable and reassuring. We will return for the start of treatment in 6-12 months to update the review.

I have been in Invisalign treatment for a year and we are just finishing. I want to Thank Dr Walder and staff for great smile and making this a great experience!

My partner and I visited Dr. Walder to correct our smiles with Invisalign. We both had braces in the past, but over time we noticed a need for correction badly. Our treatment lasted about 1.5 years each, and we are both very happy with the results. In fact, it even helped correct my bite, which I believe was causing me jaw pain. Dr. Walder and her staff are wonderful, and I would definitely recommend them!
